This artfully designed cushion Thorvald's dream in Romanesque-Byzantine style was created by the Berlin fashion craftsman Jochen Pahnke, co-manager of the costume studio Kratzert & Pahnke (The White Ribbon| Inglorious Basterds | The Reader). This pillow was made in about 10 hours of manual work. The inspiration for this comes from floor mosaics from the early Middle Ages in Europe. With its modern colour, it succeeds in transferring it to a 21st century appearance.
