DIGITAL PROOF -For personalised prints digital proof is sent within 24-48 hours (not including weekends). -During the Christmas period (October-December) previews can take 2-5 days. SHIPPING -Orders are dispatched in 2-5 days & sent with Royal Mail 1st class standard delivery. There is an option at checkout to upgrade to 1st class tracked. -During busy periods such as Mother's Day, Father's Day & Valentines Day orders can take 4-7 working days to be dispatched. -Over the Christmas period orders can take 4-10 days to be dispatched & from November 1st orders are sent 1st class tracked to ensure they arrive in time.
