Delft - inspired jug form. Perfect for flowers. A lovely statement piece. The illustration is a floral designs featuring rainbows. Repetition & references to folk art imagery. 8 tall. You will find nature themes & repetition on these pieces of art pottery. Trees, leaves, flowers, creeks, waterfalls, mountains & birds - these are a few of my favorite things. These works also explore my love of pattern & are inspired by folk art traditions. All the work is handmade from start to finish - starting with a ball of clay. Pieces are individual wheelthrown or handbuilt. The designs are then carved and/or inlaid with underglazes & slips. While these pots are made with function in mind, please treat them kindly. This isn't factory production ware & is intended to be used mindfully. No harsh dishwashing detergents or microwaving, please! The surfaces may become scratched. The inside is glazed for function (watertight.) This bottle vase is ready-to-ship. While I may make more items with similar themes, this listing is for the specific vase in the photo.
