Americana Folk Art Hooked Rug ~ ca. 1940s Restoration Project Piece Americana 1940s hand hooked rug in a colorful floral pattern against a black background. Hand made in a wonderful array of colors, black background, shades of rose, green & soft sage green with shades of yellow, bright & pale. Hand sewn backing is a heavy gray cotton fabric. We are selling for a restoration project piece. Measuring; 42 length, by 25 width. Most of the damage is all at the sides, heavily worn edges that need attention. The backing will need to be touched up (resown) in areas. The edges have gaps throughout. We are selling as is condition for restoration repairs. Thanks for viewing. Sorry, no returns on this item.
