An amazing opportunity to purchase this beautifully hand turned Small East African Sapele Bowl inlayed with Turquoise Resin. I hope you will agree that it is a stunning, beautifully turned & finished bowl. This is one of six (all listed individually) totally unique, one-off hand turned versatile, resin, delicately inlayed Bowls/Plates, that started as a research & development idea for me, as I had time to experiment & I am so delighted with the results. I do hope the finished item excites you as much as it does me. This bowl is totally individual & would make the most perfect centrepiece on a table; sideboard; display unit, etc., & is a real conversation piece. To think that I turned this bowl from a block of East African Sapele timber, then worked on the epoxy resin (which sets as hard as granite), deciding on the inlay design & ended up with this perfect & useful item. I still get so excited when I finish any item I have turned & always so proud to have achieved such a thing of beauty from a natural resource that is all around us. The passion I have for timber surely shows & this is most definitely stroke me tactile product. This item would make a fabulous treat for yourself or for that someone special. This Small East African Sapele Bowl is inlayed with Turquoise Resin. It measures approximately 6 1/2 x 2 (17cm x 7cm), weighing approximately 12oz / 325gms. This hand turned bowl is made from East African Sapele with Turquoise Resin Inlay being on the rim of the bowl, two inlays on the exterior of the b owl (one wide & one thin) & inlay also being on the base of the bowl. The rich warm colour of the Sapele works wonderfully with the Turquoise Resin. I am sure that if you purchase this beautiful bowl, you will not be disappointed, however, if this is not quite what you are looking for, please look at the other Inlayed bowls, or I am always willing to try to make something to your very own specification.
