A very desirable & versatile mid century table reputedly by Gangso Mobler with a useful & stylish rare tile design inset by Paul Herman Poulson. The signature appears to read P Herman which is how he used to sign. Not a design I've ever seen before but it's a beautiful selection of bespoke tiles. The table was bought with a set of Eric Buch chairs which we have on another listing. The table itself is chunky & heavy of a good quality construction. A thick layer of teak has been veneered all over the substructure which is mainly chipboard to the base but of a good construction quality. Many Danish companies switched from pine substructures over to chipboard which was easier to work with & seen as a better option in the late 1970-1980's onwards. Overall condition of the table is excellent & it's been well looked after. It does have a few small scratches to the top as pictured. Nothing that really detracts from it overall look though. We've included pictures of that. Could possible seat 8-10 people fully extended.
