Butilux mid century dressing table or desk in teak & maple A lovely example of an early Butilux dressing table mainly made of solid teak with light maple veneers on the drawer fronts & top. It makes for a great contrast against the solid teak round pull handles. We’ve refinished it & it now stands in excellent condition with drawers running well & the option to use it as a desk if the mirror is removed. It consists of 6 equally spaced drawers all solid teak with an overlaid light veneer which was typical for the 1960’s when it was made. Being mid century it does have some signs of wear including slight variations in colour & some slight dinks although these have been softened due to the refinish it’s had by ourselves.
