A gorgeous single white Oxford style pillowcase or sham made from finest Irish Linen & finished with a flange & hand-drawn thread work to all 4 sides. Embellished with two beautiful pink roses, linked by French knots & a rosebud in the middle. There are two lines of drawn thread work running vertically through the embroidery work. Simply beautiful. The pillowcase is finished to one end with an inside flap. This is an exquisite pillowcase as the linen is very fine & smooth with a wonderful lustre to it still. A sure sign of superior quality linen. Freshly laundered, pristine white & in excellent preloved condition, the only exception is a very faint mark as shown in the last pic. This pillowcase would add a wonderful luxury feel to any bed & a lovely gift for a retro home. Sure to have a peaceful night sleep. Overall size is 24 inches wide x 32.50 inches long including flange. The size will suit a standard UK pillow or a USA Queen pillow. The flange is 2 inches deep (and the inside measures 20.5 x 28.75 inches.
