Nine happy Rainbow Color Arty hearts on this little quilted piece will decorate & add cheer to your home. Or give as a gift - a nice way to wish a little heartfelt sentiment. It will add a Feng Shui element & bring good karma. 9 Good Karma Words are printed, stitched & fused onto the hearts. The words on this one are: Strong, Brave, Loving, Giving, Beautiful, Creative, Wise, True, Kind. All nice sentiments to live by. Use these as positive affirmations to inspire your days. This would make a great housewarming gift, shower present, birthday gift, graduation gift, & friendship & appreciation gift. Quilt is 8 3/4 x 8 3/4 . Background is made of designer cotton padded with 3 layers of quilt batting & enhanced with white printed cotton squares & colorful heart appliques. Each heart is further enriched with free form machine embroidery stiches in black thread. A cord hanger is secured onto the back. This is an original design handcrafted by me in my smoke free home. Each piece is unique & no two end up being exactly alike so they are little pieces of art. My technique involves utilizing the raw fabric edges & non-traditional stitches. Raw edges & irregular stitches are intentional parts of the design. It's supposed to be a little messy! If a wayward thread bothers you trim it with scissors but do not pull on it. Also, treat like a piece of art - do not wash by submerging in water. Clean by shaking off any dust with a soft brush or by softly vacuuming. Note: It is impossible to photograph creations made with fabrics & have them show perfectly on various computer monitors & with different light bulbs, so colors will not be absolutely the same as the picture, but I do attempt to make them as close as possible, & I photograph in different light sources to give an idea of how they might look. Every item in my shop is handmade one at a time by me & therefore each will be similar but unique. Also, a majority of my creations use batik cottons which by their nature vary in pattern & color. These are high quality fabrics that in many cases are nicer in person than the picture. Note: Save postage - You pay only for the largest or heaviest item ordered & all other items purchased at the same time that go to the same address are shipped at no additional cost to you.
