Handmade, woodfired moonshine jug. Speckled stoneware clay body with highlights of copper color from fly ash. This jug has a spiral pattern & stout handle, can be functional or used as decoration. This jug was fired in my wood fire kiln at temperatures surpassing 2300o F, for 40+ hours. The high temperature & sustained firing time results in a natural ash glaze on this jug & excellent surface color. Woodfired pieces are truly unique & have a story to tell. Rugged & dependable.
