We typically take delivery of these mugs in 1-2 business days from ordering, so our turnaround times are not negatively impacted! If you have a design already, then simply send your digital image file to us in one of the following formats (in order of preference): .dxf, .ai, .svg, .png, .jpg If you don't have a design in mind yet, that's not a problem! We will work with you to develop the design you want, at NO COST (See Terms & Conditions below)! Bulk pricing is available. Reach out today for a quote! Proofs: Please watch for the proof in emails from Etsy (check your spam folders!). Make sure to approve the proof or note which adjustments need to be made. We will not be able to process your order until you give us approval for the final design. Shipping: Shipping will be sent out via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days after your proof approval for processing. This does not include shipping time which can take up to 5 days depending on your location. Not recommended for dishwasher cleaning Additional Terms & Conditions: Free design work is defined as the development of a raw, original, single design by HTC Designs, & is limited to one such free image per order. Customer-supplied images do not have any restrictions or limitations. For orders involving multiple, individual customer-provided designs, the following policies may apply: Customers who wish to purchase multiple custom items, with individual graphic designs MAY be ineligible to receive bulk & set pricing discounts. Eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis, once customer-provided designs have been submitted to HTC Designs for initial review.
