NOW SOLD NOW SOLD The Piece: A tall French antique Louis Philippe Tallboy in flamed mahogany. C.1860, this talk chest has heaps of character, with beautiful wood grain & multi tonal shades, she is a lovely deep, rich brown. Sat on hun feet with beading to her flanks & curved top, softens what is a sturdy, solid piece. Her drawers open with a key, locks no longer in use. Her interior is immaculate, with just some minor veneer repair as to be expected with her age (photographed). A practical yet statement piece. Care Instructions: Each one of our items has been cleaned, sanded, primed, painted/waxed & varnished using professional products. Restored to be used in homes, they are durable, but not indestructible. Do: Clean with a mild soap Handle your item carefully within the first 28 days, this is how long your beloved restorations take to cure fully Use our complimentary aftercare kit as per instructions Enjoy your new piece to its fullest Don't: Put in direct sunlight Use polish to clean Use creams, lotions, oils be it candles, diffusers or perfumes on or close to your item, this can dissolve the paint & stain the grain Delivery: All of our pieces are delivered to your room of choice by our helpful, friendly courier. Pieces are wrapped & strapped for protection in a one-man van. Should you require a two-man service, this can happily be arranged. Delivery can usually take place within a week if not sooner, dependent of where you are based. Returns: We aim to provide enough information & images upfront so that when your piece is in your home, you know exactly what you are getting. All of our items undergo a rigorous quality assurance process, on the rare occasion where you feel the need to return due to a fault, we will accept up to 14 days after delivery in its original condition. Any return costs will be paid for by the returner. A polite ask that you measure up first, taking into consideration any door frames & stairs that your item may need to be moved through as this is not a returnable reason.
