I was having a delightful time creating Easter Egg beaded ornaments when one of my sons said, Why don't you go all out with Faberge Eggs. Instantly, my creative juices kicked into play & I went to work. The result is 8 Faberge eggs with specialty beads, many colors & intricate designs. These are for more advanced beaders & will take up to 8 hours or more to bead, but it is worth it. A picture doesn't do justice as these Faberge Eggs glitter & sparkle in the light. Unlike Easter decorations, these are worthy of year-round display. See some examples of shadow boxes in the pictures. They can also be used on an Easter Tree, Christmas Tree, wreaths or swags. I'm excited to see how you display your Faberge Eggs. They measure 3.5 by 2.75. Kits include beads, instructions, perforated paper, floss, needles, backing, hanging ties. With many different colors of beads, I've found that using a muffin tin assists me to separate my beads. Using a post-it note on the pattern will assist you to keep track of the row that you are on. Also, you may want to use colored pencils or markers to highlight some of the colors in the instructions. Don't be intimidated. This is SO MUCH FUN!!
