Collect your favourite beer bottle caps & display your collection with our precision cut personalised beer bottle cap collector. This item makes a great gift for anyone that love to drink bottled beer or for someone who is otherwise difficult to buy for. Do you know someone that likes to drink unique beers, then this is a great way for them to display the unique bottle caps that come with bottled beer. To ensure the caps fit, we have had to open several bottle ourselves & measure the average cap size with digital callipers, we are satisfied that the product provided a firm fit (not too tight that you risk damaging the product or too loose that caps keep falling out). Each item is made to order from our humble workshop in Stoke-on-Trent. Each item is carefully cut from a piece of oak vaneered wood & then shipped in a strong cardboard sleeve. You can use the design we have prepared (personalising both the top & centre text), or as with previous clients, ask us to personalise the centre graphics (the one pictured as the main photo was sent as feedback from our client & featured a family crest). The designs are supplied with holes for hanging as standard as some of out clients prefer to mount with strong double sided tape. We can of course add a holes in any location you would like Please note bottle caps aren't included, you will have to open the beers to collect them. Due to the size of the item, we have to use DPD for delivery, we normally utilise 2 day delivery, all shipments are tracked so you can follow progress. A little bit more information for those who want to know more about our process when making these. As a small business we know the importance of supporting small business', for this reason we try to only purchase out materials form other small business close to our home location. Each item is individually checked to ensure it is suitable for use & shipping to our customers. We prepare each one by hand. This includes cleaning all surfaces to remove manufacturing residue & then applying a pre etch coating. After the items are cut / engraved, we clean them again & apply the final top coating, if necessary.
