Everything is printed in black, except the two (2) location hearts which are red. These 11oz or 15oz mugs are: Ceramic Dishwasher & microwave safe White & glossy TO CUSTOMIZE: Write the names of the two (2) locations (city & state) where the hearts should be placed in the Note to seller section at checkout. PROOF PROCESS: A proof of your custom design will be sent to you within 2 business days. Production time will not begin until you approve the design. TIMING: Once you approve the design proof, mug creation takes 2-4 days. Items then ship via USPS first-class mail (unless you pay for a shipping upgrade).
