Description
A fantastic handmade studio stoneware bowl which has been thrown on the potter's wheel. The bowl is made from white stoneware clay & is mostly milky white glazed outside & has sea green/blue glazes inside. Inside, at the bottom, the glaze has crystallised in the firing process to make a beautiful colour combinations. The amazing alchemy firing can bring always delights me. The bowl measures approximately 10 cms high x 13 cms wide & is lovely to hold. Perfect for side dishes, cereal or a miso soup. The bowl would make a special gift for those who love one off, handcrafted ceramics, or you could just keep it for yourself for that perfect table setting. All my pieces are designed as unique stand alone items but you will find other work in my shop which will harmonise together to create a collection. When buying hand made, please bear in mind each piece is perfectly imperfect & small characteristics can often be found therefore making them truly unique. Glaze is applied by hand so some small spots, drips etc may be present, please enjoy the handmade quality.
