HAND-MADE CRINOLINE LADY MIRROR (ENGLAND) Circa 1930's. This is extremely rare for two reasons: It has the un-common Arch shape together with a charming wooden column, which can best be seen on the second photograph. The mirror also features the Crinoline Lady taking a stroll with her dog amidst the Hollyhocks in the English Country Garden. Again, it is most unusual to see pets on these items & this one is completely hand-painted. As are the others I have listed from my small personal collection. All exquisite & quite special. A remarkable mirror which looks impressive & eye-catching with its vertical form. The original chain is still robust even after almost 100 years. There are fade marks to the upper part of the surface & some chipping to the lower rim, but this still remains a scarce-to-find piece. Measures 55cms tall & 33cms wide.
