If the item breaks during shipping the fastest way for you to be refunded is for you to file an insurance claim with the USPS. I will assist with any information required. FRAMES WITH GLASS: Glass may have minor defects along the edge but nothing visible when in place in the frame. I will ship to protect glass but if glass breaks you will be responsible for replacement or filing a claim with USPS. CLOTHING: clothing sizes used to run smaller, so don't go by S M or L... please check measurements against something you have that fits you well. Please be aware you may need an adapter, or even a complete re-wire to use this lamp in your country. Please check with a local electrician prior to ordering.
