This case fits a standard 20x20 pillow (I usually buy down-filled inserts from Ikea for around $10). The case is made using new fabrics with a patchwork front (some of which are my own prints!) & an envelope back. This pillow cover is ready made, & set to ship! It is truly one of a kind! I am very open to custom orders of any kind! Please message me with your thoughts before purchasing, (if you want something other than what is shown) as many of the cases are one-of-a-kind. The pillow covers almost always have a different fabric on the back (usually something a plain or small print that ties in with either the front print of appliqu/screenprint detail).
