All items are sent with signed & insured delivery so please ensure someone is home on the provided delivery date. Our delivery is a one-man service & furniture is delivered made up, therefore we recommend a minimum of two able people be available to collect the product & transport it into your home or building. If you require extra help with your delivery, please let us know as we may be able to arrange this service for an additional fee. What if I encounter a problem with my delivery? If you miss the courier, simply contact the number on the calling card & rearrange your delivery. Items can also be made to collect from your local depot.
