Once your order is paid for, use the Message Seller Link on your order, to send me a photograph of your dog. I'd be really grateful if you could also confirm your order number. 4. Keep an eye on your inbox as any problems will be solved via this. -Dispatch & Delivery - Dispatch times vary at different times of the year & I endeavour to update dispatch times according to my workload. Usually, at my busiest, my turnaround is 1-2 weeks. Delivery is via Royal Mail and, as I live very rurally, I tend to dispatch in bulk so that I can obtain proof of postage. Royal Mail is very reliable, & post regular information about delays to their services on their Service Update page. Unless an item is tracked, I cannot give updates on the whereabouts of an item. You'll recieve a dispatch notification once it's been posted & I cannot refund an item if it doesn't arrive within the delivery estimates, unless an item is declared lost by Royal Mail (usually after 10 working days). For this reason, I'd recommended using the Tracked 48 hour service (which is 2-3 working days & gives a tracking number). Usually, I can give an accurate update on dispatch simply by looking at my order book so if you do have a specific date in mind for delivery, please drop me a message before you order, so I can accommodate your request. -Delivery - All delivery times are estimates as specified by Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter - an untracked service estimated 2-3 working days. Tracked 48 - a tracked service estimated 2-3 working days. -Christmas 2022 - The dispatch times for guaranteed Christmas Delivery, this year, according to Etsy are as follows... Free Delivery - 7th December 1st Class - 8th December -Returns & Refunds - If I encounter a delay or issue in making your decoration (such as faulty stock etc) I will contact you directly to find a solution. The decorations are very well packaged but I keep your lovely artworks on file so I can reprint them if there is any damage in transit. Just message me if there's a problem. There might be a slight difference in colour between the displayed image & the printed image due to the nature of the heat sensitive inks. Again, if there's anything I'm not happy with (and I am very picky) I will contact you to resolve.
