ABOUT OUR SWATCH SERVICE To reduce waste, we recycle our project cut-offs into swatches. That means each swatch is unique in size & shape. We charge a fee of 1.00 per swatch with complimentary delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days & posted via 2-3 day Royal Mail service. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. COMPLEMENTARY DELIVERY - Mainland UK only - Careful, two-man service - 3 hour (maximum) delivery window RETURNS Our primary goal is your 100% satisfaction. To that end, we will accept a Free of Charge Return at time of delivery, so please check your item thoroughly upon arrival. If you do not choose to return your item at time of delivery, you still have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. in this case, Return Delivery Fees will be your sole responsibility. Returned items will be inspected for any damage incurred in transit. We recommend insuring your item until it arrives safely at our warehouse where it can be carefully inspected by our team.
