Darling old baby portrait of sleepy blond baby in his/her crib! Darling little face with blond curls & pouty lips as he or she reclines in comfort. Artwork is titled: Heaven's Gift, by Annie Benson Muller, & was a famous picture in the 1940s...when so many babies were born just after WWII. Picture is framed in white wooden frame, that looks like it was painted with the picture still in it! Picture is under glass, but has not been removed for the touch up. Back protective paper looks like an old grocery bag! You might want to remove it & wash the inside of the glass or have the picture reframed to match your decor. Sweet, retro, mid-century style picture for your nursery. Do you have a baby with curly blond hair? How cute with this be in their room!? Baby is covered in pale blue blanket with background of floral wallpaper with bunnies & birds! Picture looks a bit faded, as research shows the wallpaper used to have more pink in the background. Picture is signed in lower left corner: Annie Benson Muller, but signature is somewhat faded also. Might be brighter if glass was cleaned on inside surface.
