You will be able to communicate to me before work starts which photos are a priority. Up to 2 minor revisions are included in the price. Charges apply for additional revisions. It is recommended that you have a Google account so file transfer & information submission can be done via Google Drive & Google Forms respectively. Alternate methods may add delays to the project. Turnaround time for first proof is 5-7 days. After final artwork approval, delivery times are as follows: - Physical print orders within the USA are an additional 7-10 business days for printing, framing (if applicable), & shipping. - Physical print orders outside of the USA vary depending on the destination & options chosen. Contact us for a quote. Check Etsy messages regularly. THE PROCESS 1. After purchase, we will message you via Etsy with links to collect project notes & transfer photos. Google Forms is used to collect the priority photos list (optional), centerpiece photo & accompanying text (optional), custom texts, & notes. We may also use forms for proof revisions if necessary. Google Drive is our preferred method of photo transfer. It's easier for both parties to see & track the photos sent. Alternatively, can use wetransfer.com (no account necessary) as a backup option but delays in order may result. 2. Once everything is collected, we will begin work. We'll message you if we have any questions or issues. Refer to Expectations above for turnaround times. 3. Proof(s) will be placed on Google Drive for retrieval. 4. Revisions may be communicated via Etsy messages or a Google Form depending on the extent of changes requested. 5. Once approved, orders will be sent to the physical processing (print, framing, & shipping) stage. See Expectations for delivery times. Useful Things to Know Send high-quality original images. Do not edit photos. We do the cropping & color adjustments. Avoid screenshots & social media images. Less is more. Smaller photo bundle sizes allow individual photos to stand out & for more interesting layouts. Colors may vary from the digital file & physical print. The frame comes in black or white.
