Description A large hand thrown stoneware bowl. The bowl is finished in a high shine pink glaze at the top half & a matt grey on the bottom half. Where the two glazes meet I have used pearl white to fuse the glazes together as they melt in the firing. The addition of the white pearl glaze has added the running effect & creates a blue ring giving the pleasing impression of frothing sea surf, flowing down the centre of the bowl on the inside & towards the base on the outside. This bowl would make a perfect display/centrepiece. This versatile bowl can be used for keeping fruit in or as a serving bowl or simply as an interior design statement in your home. Other matching bowls are available. Dimensions Diameter: 22cm Height: 9cm Notes All my pottery is hand made & dimensions are approximate. The bottoms of my pots are trimmed & will have my seal on the base where possible. All my glazes are food safe so the pots can be used for domestic as well as decorative.
