HOW TO ORDER: 1) Select the Size you would like, we offer a choice of: A5: 14.8 x 21 centimetres / 5.8 x 8.3 inches A4: 21 x 29.7 centimetres / 8.27 x 11.69 inches A3: 29.7 x 42 centimetres / 11.7 x 16.5 inches We also offer framed options for both A4 & A3, these can be chosen with or without a mounted surround. You can find these in the dropdown options. Please see the listing pictures for examples particularly the mount surround. Digital Files - There is also an option to purchase a Digital PDF version, this is designed & then e-mailed to you for you to print yourself at home. 2) in the Personalisation Box Please type: a. The title you would like to appear on the print i.e 'Team Coleman' or 'Daddy's Team'. b. The names & shirt number you'd like to appear in descending order i.e Daddy 10, Mummy 6, Joey 12, Kim 2 etc c. The shirt style you'd like to appear on the print i.e Shirt 1. d. The message you'd like to appear at the bottom i.e Happy Father's Day etc. You can have up to six shirts on this print 3) Click Add to Cart button DISCLAIMER All shirts are created in descending order, so please do specify if you need something different i.e 'Twins - same size shirts'. PLEASE NOTE: There is a MAXIMUM of 6 shirts on this print IMPORTANT: Please ensure that all the details you've provided on your order are correct as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes. Finally... our lovely team will begin your personalised design, it will be passed over to our friendly packaging team to fulfil & then to be shipped via Royal Mail. The Ginger Belle Team x FAQs... What frames do you use? We use high quality A4 & A3 frames made here in the UK. They are plexiglass fronted which provides a lovely finish without the fragile nature of glass. We offer a choice of either White or Black Frames. All frames have an MDF back with stand and/or a wall mountable hook. What is meant by mount insert? The mount insert refers to a snow-white coloured cardboard surround that layers over the print to provide a quality finish. We offer mounts for both our A4 & A3 prints. The overall size of the print will be either A4 or A3 depending on your choice, then the personalised design is scaled down to cater for the mount aperture. We have a range of examples on our listing images & customer reviews. If you have any questions, just drop us a message & we will be happy to help. Do I receive a proof before printing? As typical practise, we do not provide proofs prior to printing as in our experience we find this delays the dispatching process waiting for customer replies. However, if a proof is specifically requested in the 'Notes to Seller Box' we will send a proof on request. in periods of extreme busyness, such as seasonal holidays proof requests may not be possible.
