This pretty, vintage rose design cake plate is unusual in that it is rectangular in shape, but with a round recess for a cake to sit in. in good vintage condition, although it has one chip on the underside, & some crazing to the glaze (as shown in the photographs) Made by the famous Royal Staffordshire pottery, it measures 26cm (10 1/4") x 21m (8 1/4"). It is a lovely decorative item on its own or displayed on a dresser, but would also make a lovely centrepiece for any vintage table setting.
