(this is a print only, no frame) There is an option to purchase a digital file only (high resolution 300dpi jpeg) which you can print at home or at a print shop. Unframed Print (no frame) There is an option to purchase a digital file (high resolution 300dpi jpeg) which you can print at home or at a print shop How to Personalise: Step 1: Choose your paper size from the drop-down list (for Digital File purchase instructions see Step 7 below) Step 2: Choose your Main Heading (located under photos) from the drop-down list (or select 'custom') Step 3: in the 'Notes to Seller Box' let us know your personalised details (if required). Please see slides for an illustration: a.Main Heading: e.g. Daddy's & Me (only required if you have selected custom from the drop down list, max. 20 characters including spaces) b.Sub Heading: e.g. Love Charlotte (max. 60 characters including spaces) No symbols or emoji's please Please double check spellings as we cannot be held responsible for spelling errors. Step 4: At the same time as placing your order, use Etsy messages to attach your 9 high quality photos (your photos must be high resolution & a large size & you will have to send the photos in multiple messages). Please ensure you include your name & order number in the messages. (see Photo section below. If your photos are too small / low resolution, or pixilated then your photos may not appear sharp / crisp) Step 5: You will be sent a proof (sample image) to check. Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages or Inbox if you are a Guest user. If you do not respond to your messages promptly, then your order may be delayed. (see Delivery section below) Step 6: Once you have approved your design, your item will be dispatched shortly. Step 7: DIGITAL FILE If you wish to purchase a digital file, select 'Digital File Only' from the drop down list. The digital file is a Jpeg which you can print at home.
