Made to order This is a hand sculpted original Starfish Cluster by glass artist John Gibbons. This piece measures about 13.5 inches tall & 9.5 inches wide. The base is a small clear glass bowl & the stars are fused to it while it is hot. This sculpture takes John & two skilled assistants working in unison to create. Each star is created with a thick layer of clear glass on top of a thin layer of brightly colored glass to create an optical wet & watery look. The sculpture pictured will be the one shipped to you.
