Very rare find !!This pure linen sheet is of the most beautiful quality fabric & design. The colour I would say is an antique white. Definitely not cream but more of a natural slight off white. The colour is 100% original & in fact I am not sure this sheet has hardly been used I have shown it on a king size bed to give you an idea of the size. The extra long length allows for the turnover at the top of the decorative border. There is a drawn thread border approx 8cms/3ins in from the top edge. There are 3 open work panels evenly across the top together with embroidered design between each panel. Together with a more detailed pattern in both top corners. There is also a central monogram but I have to say that the lettering is not easy to decipher !! The monogram is in a diamond shape embroidered framework. The bottom of the sheet has a simple hem All the work has totally been done by hand & is so beautifully finished. A lot of love went into making this sheet. I would also think that the style of the design makes me think it is of the Art Deco period. It comes in superb freshly laundered condition Measurements. 220cms/87ins wide x 290 cms/114ins long It does weigh quite heavy hence postage. Exquisite Quality Antique French Linen Sheet
