WHAT'S INVOLVED: To order your custom map print, simply select the product type (print, frame, hanger, or canvas) & size in the drop-down menus, & in the Personalization area let me know the location, custom size if ordering a different size, wood color if ordering a frame or hanger (black, dark wood, natural wood, white), & any other information or text you'd like. For hardcopy prints, your map will be printed on museum-grade paper (matte 200gsm) for a beautiful, long-lasting print. Wood frames are made from pine or oak, depending on regional availability. They are 20-25mm /0.79-0.98 thick & 10-14mm /0.4-0.6 wide. Shatterproof, transparent plexiglass is used. Hanging hardware comes with every order. The print comes ready to hang as it's delivered within the frame. The print for frames & hangers is 200 gsm / 80 lb paperweight. FSC-certified paper & frames or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability are used. It's better for the people & the planet. Canvases are slim with an approximately 2cm /0.8 thick wood stretcher bar. Discounts are available for multiple prints, ask me ahead of placing your order for cost savings. Want street names? Just ask in the personalization section. DELIVERY: The turnaround time is typically 1-2 business days for a draft for you to review & approve. The delivery of the hardcopy print can take 6-24 business days after the map is finalized & sent to the printer. The 24-day is the worst-case scenario for remote areas of the globe. It is based on the minimalist style of not using labels & letting the visual features speak for themselves. However, if you want labels, just ask. This poster is created using an actual mapping software program & not a graphics program. This is a GIS map that allows me to use & bring a variety of data that uses real coordinates. I have the ability to add a scale bar as all of my work happens within the GIS - it's not a screenshot used within graphic software.
