As all of our items are hand made to order, we are not an off the shelf company so all of our items will have slight differences to the ones pictured. Wood is a natural & alive product. We of course will do our absolute best to replicate exactly what is seen here. No piece of wood is the same. As stated Wood is a living breathing natural material & over time temperature & other external factors can affect the wood, It may twist & turn slightly & we like to call this character. Please be aware that you are buying a reclaimed natural wood table, NOT a manufactured man made material. Get in touch re delivery costs as this may vary depending on your location. We hand delivery 90% of our pieces. We are happy to accept returns as long as we are contacted within 7 days of delivery & the item is returned in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery. As with the nature of the products, the following items are not accepted as returns unless delivered damaged or defective. -Bespoke, customised or personalised items -Sale Items Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
