Standing 6 high & measuring 6.5 from nose to tail this charming hand thrown Chinese effigy bowl - ceramic pot was made from a subtly muted red clay & given left unglazed to accent the tool work designs & to make the well formed relief water buffalo head done in black, pop - a fun little tail on the reverse gives a bit of whimsy to the piece. Unmarked but very well made with lovely detailed facial features. Perfect for the longhorn fan or cattleman in your life - great for the mancave.
