We despatch our wreaths free of charge within the UK & they arrived boxed or in postage bags if large & wrapped in tissue paper & bubble wrap. If your wreath is for outdoors then please shelter from severe weather conditions. Fading from sunlight may occur over time. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item then we are happy to offer you a refund providing you return the item in good condition & within 14 days of purchase.
