SHIPPING: Royal Mail -All UK orders are sent 1st class signed for (Estimated delivery time 1-3 days) -International orders are sent tracked & signed for.(estimated delivery 5-10 days) -Please note someone must be home to sign, if this is not convenient you can choose to deliver to a work address instead. -International buyers I cannot promise specific dates of delivery due to customs policies. -express delivery is available. I will be able to give you shipping estimates however I can never promise a rush order as unfortunately I cannot control delays -item will be sent boxed for maximum protection CUSTOM MADE CROWNS: -For Custom orders - just drop me a message :-) -Let me know what colours, size & shape (please see my other crowns) you would like. -There's no deposit & payment is made after I've sent you a photo of your crown. Any Crowns not purchased within 7 days of contacting you will be added to my shop for general purchase. - All designs including custom made pieces remain the intellectual property of Frida Flower Crowns. CARE: -Not recommended for use in wet weather or water. Handmade delicate item - handle with care. -Please note that some of the mermaid crowns have sharp edges & when you are wearing it please be aware of those around you, especially when worn in crowded places. Not suitable for children under the age of 8, adult supervision required. RETURNS: -I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made pieces. -Returns must be reported within 14 days & returned within 28. The item must be sent back unworn & it the same condition is was received in. -Return postage is the buyer's responsibility -Items that are returned damaged or have been used/worn will not be refunded & postage will need to be repaid for item to be returned to buyer. -Please return using a tracked mail service for your piece of mind as items can only be refunded or exchanged once I have received them back DAMAGED ITEMS: -If a crown arrives damaged it must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery to be considered valid. -Please photograph and/or document any damage to the outside prior to opening & damage inside after opening.
