A superb pair of Georgian chairs of dowel construction, dating to around 1780. These are a fabulous pair of chairs with huge amounts of character with some lovely aged colouration & patina. Structurally all sound with lots of very attractive aged surface wear. One chair has an old repair to the seat back as shown but both chairs are solid & in good order. English, circa 1780.
