Stunning, vintage Limoges Leclair porcelain pedestal compote with scalloped edges & gold trim. The dish has garlands , baskets, bows & flowers & has a raised floral scroll design on edge. The pedestal is decorated with a gold trim & some pretty detailing along the edges & ribbed effect. Both the plate & the stand are stamped, Limoges France. Still retains sticky label reading'Sevres, Napoli' This piece was made in France by Limoges Leclair. Excellent condition - no signs of wear. measures 5 1/2 tall, 7 diameter & 4 base diameter. in excellent vintage condition . Beautiful ceramic piece which would make a stunning focal piece on its own on a table or mantel piece or could be used for fruit or flowers. Gift wrapped & ready to use.
