If you were to change your mind about an item you have received you may return the item (in sealed original condition) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. You must contact us through Etsy messages to request a return authorization. We will respond with instructions with respect to the return. Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items. Packages that were shipped sealed & were opened by the buyer are not returnable. The buyer will pay return shipping & there will be a 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS. in addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable (unless the item has not been shipped when the order is cancelled).
