A Vintage Retro Cast Iron Side Table, Desk made from Antique Mangle & with Solid Oak Top A vintage Retro cast iron based side table, hall table or desk, made from an antique mangle base & is set with an oak block wood top. The side table or desk is formed with the base being made from the antique cast iron mangle base. It is painted black & has a waxed finish. On the mangle sides it has the makers label for Rulla. It has a shaped cross bar at the base making it very sturdy. The base is raised on the cast iron wheels. The top of the table or desk is set with a solid oak block wood top, which has an oiled finish. The whole table or desk has many uses & has the great vintage look but with the light oak top it has a modern feel to it. The base dates to around 1920-30, but has recently been made into the side table or desk. Size Height 29.25 Width 30.25 Depth 24 Condition The condition of the table is excellent, with original wear to the paint on the base.
