Landscape in Mexico oil on canvas, signed bottom left around 1950 Enrique Bryant, (1920-2010) painter born in the USA in 1920, promoted Maestro in Artes Plasticas in Mexico City in 1949, he was associated with the Mexican mural painters Rivera, Orozco & Siqueiros. His teachers at the School of Fine Arts in Mexico City were Alfredo Zalce & Benjamin Coria. He then moved to France, where he continued to evoke through painting a vision of Mexico, some of which described as naive & poetic, marked by his training & his Mexican experience. He lived in Paris, then in Montpellier from 1973. 60 x 70 cm 23.62 x 27.55 inches 76.5 x 88 cm 30.11 x 34.64 inches with the frame Good condition. The work has been restored by a licensed professional conservator. All our objects offered for sale are in good condition.
