Description

This Fused Glass dish is a bright orange with black spiders web slightly raised from the surface. The dish is a shallow curve approximately 160mm across & 25mm deep. The glass base is fused from two sheets of glass before the web design is created from glass rods. The glass is then placed in the kiln at over 700 degrees Centigrade overnight. Once fused the glass is then placed on a mould, & slumped in to it's final shape. The fusing process produces a rounded edge on the bowl sides. Halloween Spiders Web Dish
