I aim to post out within 7 days. Please note the raw clay is rough, but this is the charm of the design, half glossy half rough. If you would like me to sand the raw clay down a bit to make it less rough please let me know in the order notes. Otherwise if when you receive it you find it too rough you can sand down it gently with wet sandpaper. Although you do so at your own risk, I always recommend to hand wash. All pieces will be food safe unless otherwise stated, or unrelated to food. Props not included. Each item of pottery is crafted & shipped with my utmost care & love! Head over to my profile to see my other items for sale. My handmade ceramics are meticulously crafted by myself, in my studio based in Brighton, from the finest quality stoneware clay, & glazes. Each piece is assembled by hand & on average take 3-6 weeks to complete, & it goes through several stages, & 2 or 3 firings in the kiln, which fires up to about 1220 degrees centigrade. Although I take extra care making all my pieces all items are handmade & so may not be factory perfect, but this adds to the charm. Made to order items may vary a bit to the picture. Be assured I will not sell you something that does not meet my strict standards. If you receive something you are unhappy with please do not hesitate to contact me & I will do my best to put it right. please note that measurements are, although done to the best of my ability, are approximate. POSTAGE & PACKAGING All items will be sent securely in biodegradable or recycled/reused packing, to be as eco friendly as we can. Postage & packaging costs are included in my prices. I welcome orders from outside the UK, but please be aware that I can not be held accountable for the speed of the delivery, especially if there are any current delays to postal services, & customs costs.
