THE HICKS 'The Hicks' is named after the colour the original design has been painted in Hicks Blue, originally used by David Hicks in the iconic restaurant at the top of the London Telecom Tower in 1962. Fully customisable to meet your needs, it is available to buy in any colour in the Little Greene Paint Company or Coat Paint ranges (you can order a free colour card from their websites, which makes choosing much easier!) With two practical shelves, the Hicks is a simple design for a dream kitchen. The base is made from solid wood which is primed & hand painted, with a rustic reclaimed wood top which is 35mm thick & adds character & a perfectly imperfect look. The wood top is waxed & finished with Tung Oil to make it water & stain resistant. We also now offer an upgrade to a solid oak or solid walnut worktop & the slats can be waxed or painted. The standard height is 90cm, & all dimensions can be varied, space for seating can be incorporated, base colour & wood top finish can also vary - please message to discuss designs prior to making a custom order. BESPOKE SERVICE If you're looking for a bespoke design please message us in advance, prior to placing a custom order. DELIVERY Our delivery is free of charge to most of Mainland UK. If you live in Scotland, Wales or Cornwall area there will be a small additional surcharge of 25.00.
