From a local estate comes this nice ceramic mixing or fruit bowl. The bowl is off white with a red spatter pattern on the rim. It is a piece of beautifully hand thrown pottery with two big red delicious apples painted on one side. It measures approximately 8.5 diameter & is 4 tall. Interestingly, it is not marked, however, I believe it was likely made by another Texas pottery studio like the one who made popcorn bowls & an apple shaped bowl that I currently have. This is a really beautifully done center piece bowl on the small side but big enough for a decent amount of fresh fruits or for a mixing or stacking bowl. I believe this particular type of ball has been made by this company for many years & this one likely dates to the 1980s are so based on the way the bottom looks. It's over 2.5 lbs. before it's packed up. in very good preowned used vintage condition, it's free any damage or repair. Please be sure to view all the photos carefully & zoom in for details.
