Tulips Ceramic Art for wall & table. One of a kind Handmade Textured Lightweight Home Decor, perfect for bedside or that wall, counter or table that is seen every day! This lovely little piece with one live edge is an original design hand-formed out of fine white ceramic clay with my hand-carved design. in a 6 week process I designed & hand carved each blossom, prepared a large slab of fine white clay, combined the two to create the raised texture, cut the live edge by eye & shaped this piece by hand, then slowly dried, carefully sanded & kiln fired this piece. After it's first firing, I glazed it by hand in multiple coats of watercolor-like glazes (food safe, just in case) then fired it again, for a truly unique - & surprisingly lightweight piece of art! Comes to your door ready & EASY to hang, courtesy of a local artisan-made, hand-hammered, adjustable hanger already attached to the back. Just remove the bubble wrap, hang, & smile! Approximately 4.5 high x 6.25 wide x 1/2 deep. I cant begin to tell you how excited I get when I see a package in the mail from Faith. I threw the groceries on the counter while I unwrapped my present from Faith. While the cats yewoed for their dinner, I made them wait :-). Her work is so exquisite & she is so generous... If you have not bought her art, you are missing out. Highly recommend this wonderful artist... I plan to collect everything. I'm hooked on Faith's flowers & probably always will be.
