Presented is a beautifully crafted pair of 800 purity silver spoons from around the turn of the century. This set is definitely continental European & is most likely Dutch but possibly German. The back of each bowl is decoratively cast with an ornate shield divided into four fields with horsemen & animals. The handles are cast in an openwork form & the tops show a woman holding up a crown. The bottoms have pseudo-hallmarks. This set has been tested & is guaranteed to be at least 800 purity silver. This set is in excellent condition. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals & no repairs.
