Ex Astris, Scientia - the motto of Starfleet Academy. Now you can protect your surfaces while at the same time opening the minds of the next generation of explorers. Designed as a coaster but also has fittings to be hung as a decorative wall plaque; this is the first to be designed specifically to be multi-purpose but all of our designs will also be adapted to be used in the same way. So you can let your imagination run wild! The hanging can be achieved by adding a pack of 3mm x 5mm neodymium magnets (also available elsewhere in my store) which will turn the coaster into a magnetic plaque. Or you can use the fixing holes in the reverse side to mount it permanently. There is no anti-slip coating on the back of this coaster; applying one would mean that it would be less able to be used for other purposes, so to give you more of a range of options the back of the coaster remains bare. If you need an anti-slip option you can order a stick-on cork pad separately in the store & they will be shipped with your order. The cork pads are sold, coincidentally, from single to pack of 6. Dimensions: 120mm x 133mm x 4mm 3D printed to order in tough, easily cleaned ABS plastic & shipped directly to you.
