The greenery is harvested the day before your delivery date, & ships overnight through FedEx. Tracking number will be updated one or two days before your delivery date - The smell of Fresh Greenery is just like that of the outdoors! - No assembly required, simply remove from box, & decorate as desired in general, the greenery retains its fresh smell & appearance for four to seven days before beginning to dry out The longevity of real florals is entirely dependent on your geographical location, where the flowers are placed (inside/outside), the humidity level/temperature in your home, whether you have a fireplace, etc Use your experience with fresh flowers in your home as an indicator of how long your greens will retain their fresh flavor & look. Some variety such as magnolia, & eucalyptus styles will dry beautiful & can stay on display for a few months. Other types of greenery may not retain their green color after drying. - M E A S U R E M E N T S -Select the length you need at checkout. Ensure you are ordering the correct size & how a shorter length will look. Measuring it out before ordering is highly recommended. -We take our length measurements from start of greenery to end of greenery Garlands will range from range From about 8- 10 in width when laid flat Double Full will have 10-12 in width & have double the density. These are very thick in the checkout box, please include your needed date. in the absence of a note, we will ship within our processing timeframe at our earliest convenience. If there are any issues with delivery, please send us clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We will not accept returns after that date due to the perishable nature of the items.
