Rare Find, Vintage Denby Ware 9 Sandwich Plate, Castille~Blue, Quality workmanship & in VGC. Castille was the blue variant of the Renaissance pattern, produced oirginally for the US market. The other variants were Seville - brown (commonest) & Venice - green; Discontinued & Produced 1975-91. A Useful item to extend an existing set or to start a new collection. Please have a look, at my other Denby 'Castille Blue' range. I personally like this design, for everyday use. It is very hardwearing & yet is beautifully crafted.
