Snow Leopard Print, Large Canvas Art, 3 Panel Wall Art The title of this artwork is Gaze into My Eyes. Snow leopards are one of the big cats that live in the mountains of South & Central Asia. They are adapted well to this cold environment with their thick fur, & long bushy tails. The tail is used to help them balance & to cover their face when sleeping in the cold. It was early summer when I photographed this young snow leopard but I wanted to give a sense of its natural habitat. After turning it into a digital painting, I changed the background to a chilly blue & created the snow to surround this young snow leopard with winter. There are 2 ways to print these images. 1) Premium Matte Photo Paper are high quality , professional paper prints. They have rich color on a luster matte paper. This is my preference if I'm planning on putting the print under regular glass. Both options are available in 8x10 inches, 11x14 inches or 16x20 inches. They are designed to be placed in a glass frame, which can be purchased separately (starting at a few dollars at your local Target or online). 2) Canvas Printing is a well-known, high-end way of displaying photographs. This also has the advantage of not needing a frame. They come gallery wrapped. This is a high quality canvas, stretched & stapled onto a set of 1.2 inch deep wooden stretcher bars that give it shape, in the same way an oil painting is typically stretched. There are no staples or ugly lines visible on the sides (very important). It comes out of the shipping box finished & ready to hang with a simple nail in the wall. Once the stretched canvas print arrives & is in your hands, you then have the option of framing it locally if you decide you want that look, instead of the no-frame gallery wrap look.
